In short
This website presents the works of Beppe Madaudo. There are no forms, sign-ups, newsletters, analytics or advertising, and it uses no cookies. The only data processed are technical browsing data and whatever you send us if you write to us.

Browsing data
The server hosting the site automatically logs some technical information: IP address, date and time, page requested, browser type. We use it only to run and protect the site, not to identify you, and delete it after 30 days. Legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Fonts
To display the site’s typeface, your browser downloads it from Google Fonts, a service of Google Ireland Limited. In doing so Google receives your IP address, which it may transfer to the United States under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. Google Fonts sets no cookies. Legal basis: legitimate interest in displaying the site correctly (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
If you write to us
If you email info@madaudo.art, we process your name, contact details and message only to reply. Legal basis: your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). We keep messages for up to 12 months after the last contact.
Providing your data is optional, but without contact details we cannot reply. We do not use your data for advertising or profiling and we do not sell it.
Who receives it
Providers that help us run the site and email, processing data on our behalf: Oracle (website hosting, servers in Milan), OVH (email, servers in the EU), CiMa Progetti S.r.l.s. (technical maintenance of the site). Oracle is based in the United States and may transfer data under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or the Standard Contractual Clauses (Arts. 45 and 46 GDPR). Google receives your IP address for the fonts, as explained above.
Cookies
This site uses no cookies. Your browser may store a technical WordPress value (emoji support check) in session storage; it contains no personal data and is deleted when you close the browser.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time to access, correct or delete your data, restrict or object to its processing, or receive it in a portable format (Arts. 15–22 GDPR), by writing to info@madaudo.art. We reply within one month. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali, garanteprivacy.it).
Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
