Madaudo

The solo exhibition at Galleria Novecento in Palermo belongs to the phase in which Madaudo consolidated his move toward a fully autonomous painting practice, while retaining the narrative and visionary structure developed through illustration and comics. During this period, his language increasingly relied on layered surfaces, colour, matter and a figuration suspended between Western tradition and Eastern suggestions.
